A stay to remember!

The staff are helpfully and always go above and beyond to make sure every wish are fulfilled. Everyone is kind and cute. The rooms are super clean and modern, and it has a amazing sea view. Food and drinks are varied and delicious. The service are always attentive.
The main pool wasn't heated. Only one small pool was heated, but when I booked, I saw two heated pools. Most animations are only for them, and there is no enough inclusion for other nationalities.

The variety of food are wide. The meat was especially delicious. There are fresh oven baked pizzas in the snack bar, and ice creams are available during the day. The Calina restaurant had a nice ambiance. The food was superior to the buffet.

mohammed and the team. the cleanliness was great, and the staff acted friendly. i received an upgrade for my room. even with my early departure, they prepared a breakfast package for me, unexpected. the evening entertainment was great, with something to do every night. it created a fun atmosphere i enjoyed.
the entertainment boards did not match each other, this was confusing sometimes.

The rooms were clean and spacious providing a comfortable stay. The grounds featured a well-kept landscape that was nice. The hotel provided access to a good beach with an easy entry point to the sea. Snorkeling near the coral reef was a great experience. The staff members were polite and helpful enhancing my overall visit. The animation team organized several activities during the day. Evening shows offered varied entertainment. The availability of multiple pools allowed for relaxation and recreation. The food selection had a wide variety of options ensuring satisfying meals. I found the meat dishes to be especially tasty. The hotel provided good wifi access throughout the hotel. This. I appreciated the hotel management creating a safe environment for all guests. They were helpful in addressing any incidents that arose. The location near shops and restaurants made exploring easy. The hotel offered convenient access to taxis.
The music at the pool was loud at times and some found it intrusive.
